  • Interaction data (which tasks you view, complete, renew), app usage logs, feature usage, session timestamps. Collected via analytics tools.

    • 2.3 Device & Technical Data

  • Device model, OS version, device identifiers (advertising identifiers or instance IDs), IP address, language, timezone, locale, and crash logs.

    • 2.4 Push Notification Tokens

  • Firebase or platform push tokens to deliver push notifications if you opt-in.

    • 2.5 Payment & Billing Data

  • If you purchase a subscription or in-app product, we will have purchase tokens / receipts and purchase metadata (purchase date, subscription type). Payment is processed by Apple / Google or third-party payment providers (RevenueCat / Purchases). We do not store full credit card numbers.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
  • Process purchases, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
  • Send push notifications and in-app messages (with your permission).
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve performance and user experience.

    If you are in the EEA/UK, our legal bases include: (a) performance of contract; (b) consent (for push notifications and optional marketing); (c) legitimate interests (service analytics, fraud prevention); and (d) legal obligations.

    5.1 Service Providers & Partners — Companies providing services for our App, including analytics (Firebase Analytics), push notifications (Firebase Messaging), cloud database and hosting (Firebase, Cloud Firestore), payment processors and subscription management (RevenueCat), storage (Firebase Storage), crash reporting, and email or messaging services. These providers process data on our behalf.


    5.2 Legal Requirements — We will disclose information to comply with legal process, protect safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our Terms.


    5.3 Business Transfers — In the event of sale, merger, or asset transfer, user data may be transferred subject to notice.


    5.4 Anonymized/Aggregated Data — We may share de-identified analytics or aggregated data for research or business purposes.

    The App contains links to external sites and integrates third-party SDKs which may collect information independently. Their activities are governed by their own privacy policies.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to retention for legal compliance or unresolved disputes.
